I therefore took a closer look at your contract status. We have not yet received any notice of termination of your mobile phone contract. Only the phone number was swapped as part of the phone number porting. This does not count as termination of the contract.
If you want to terminate the contract ealy due to moving abroad, we need an extraordinary termination from you.
Alternatively, you can also use our online cancellation form. Please choose “Außerordentliche Kündung” and “Umzug ins Ausland” in the dropdown.
Please note that we require appropriate proof, e.g. a copy of the deregistration certificate from Germany.
