O2 staff in the store refused to give me my receipt back and did not activate my prepaid card per request. I was told to wait for 24 hours but nothing happened. So I activated the sim care on my own. When I check my profile online, I saw an address that I don't know of and the data plan is not what was promised (only 3.5GB instead of 6GB). I am concerned about the how legit the staff was as he did not do any of his job and I have provided my passport information to him. I hope customer service can reach out and solve this for me as well as help me to identify the working staff in that store on 12.Aug.2023 as I would like to file an official complaint.
