Hi,

I have bought a O2 Sim card and did verification via postident but still SIM is not activated.

Please help as during verification everything was ok and no concern raised.

your account is not connected to a contract (or SIM), which is why I can’t look into any details just yet.

Is the card now active and usable? If not, have you tried to contact the Hotline in order to check the current status?
