O2 New sim card

Hi there all, I ordered New o2 sim card on 6th November and after 2 days, I received an email that we have handed over your parcel to desutche post, but still I haven’t received it. I have given the proper address. Could you please tell me when can I receive it?

It can take up to 14 days for the SIM card to arrive.

But I still have no tracking number from deustche post.

SIM cards are sent by ordinary letter post.

That's right, the SIM card will arrive in the mail. But it's not good that it's taking so long. Please get in touch again next week if it still hasn't arrived.

Hi there. Still I haven’t received my sim card. Its been 12 days now. The address is also correct. And if its cancelled by any chance, will I get the Sim Karte Tarif with same offer?

It hasn't even been 14 days yet. And no, if it's been cancelled, you won't get the offer again.

Okay, And if its not cancelled but if I order replacement card then the offer is still active right? Rest, I’ll wait for 2-3 more days. Thanks

Yes, if a replacement SIM card is needed, the offer will remain valid.

@ikshvakukaila869 We're sorry to hear that your SIM card hasn't arrived yet. Please wait another 2-3 days. Sometimes it takes a long time with the “Deutsche Post Service”. Please keep us updated.

Hi there. My sim card still hasn’t arrived. Now shat can I do? And also I don’t want to cancel the contract as I would lose the offer. I want sim card. Please suggest me what can I do now with further steps.

Thanks, I have called and they cancelled old contract and ordered new sim with new contract. Let’s see if it arrives on time now. Anyways, thanks for your help.
