O2 my Internet 150 Online to O2 my Home S

Hello,

I have recently took an O2 my Internet 150 Online connection with the contract term 24 months. Later I found that O2 my Home S is more suitable for me. How can I switch to this offer?

welcome to our o2 Community and sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately it is not possible to switch  because the o2 my Internet 150 is a mobile tariff that can be used at any place in Germany and our o2 My Home is a stationary connection that can be used only in one place.

If the 150 Gigabyte are not sufficient for you, you can also order additional data volume (15 GB for 5,00 EUR).
