Hello everyone, I have a sim card with the contract "O2 my Home M".
Typically I use it at home. But, right now, I am travelling around in Germany and immediately after I left the town where I live, I realised that the internet doesn't work and I can't navigate at all, although I have full signal strength and can do and receive calls.
Is there anything I should do to have internet back and being able to use data ?

I have two sim cards under the same contract "O2my home"…
they call the second one : "O2 Free Unlimited Max Online", and I can't navigate either with that one
Furthermore, using the mobile app, they say :

Which tarifplan are you using exactly?
The o2 my home tarifplans are for stationary using, the o2 free max should be usable within germany. But only with the related sim card.
