o2 Music subscription


Hi Team,

 

Since last 2 months I am getting more Invoice(around 22 EUR’s), after going through this chat, I came to know that somehow Music subscription was activated for my account(even though I didn’t activated it). I didn’t find how to cancel the subscription. Can someone please look into this and cancel my subscription and refund the required amount

I cancelled the subscription for you immediately and refunded the last two invoices. Does that suit for you?

Thanks for quick response. Could you please confirm how I get my Refund amount. Will it be credited to my Bank account or will it deduct on next monthly bill?
