o2 music deduction since 20 months


Hello O2,

I am Kiran and i have contract in Berlin since Aug-Sep 2019. O2 is deducting 20 euros since November 2019 and i am certainly sure that i have neither requested any value added service nor using this service since that time.

It is unbelievable that O2 deducted me around 400 euros since then and i certainly demand an explanation and refund for this. Below is German version and i am also attaching the proof!

Ich bin Kiran und habe seit Aug-Sep 2019 einen Vertrag in Berlin. O2 zieht seit November 2019 20 Euro ab und ich bin mir sicher, dass ich seit dieser Zeit weder einen Mehrwertdienst angefordert noch diesen genutzt habe.

Es ist unglaublich, dass O2 mir seitdem ca. 400 Euro abgezogen hat und ich verlange auf jeden Fall eine Erklärung und Rückerstattung dafür. Unten ist die deutsche Version und ich hänge auch den Nachweis an!

Hello @kirankumarbs, welcome to our o2 community :-)

As far as I can see you have been informed as soon a the package has been activated with a free week of usage. You will find further information on how to use your third party services or how to block them on this page.

Since in June you recieved the information that more than 20 Euros have been used already after 10 days there also seems some other third party usage active.

Could you post (anonymized) information from the last two invoices Einzelverbindungsnachweis regarding this services so we can have a look into this?

Thanks for the Welcome and response to my post!

I am very certain that i never activated any value added service and using not using it. I am using my postpaid contract for Phone, Internet and Calls.

 

I am attaching my last 3 invoices snapshot without my details

thanks for the upload. When you visit our o2 Wallet Portal (logged in), are there any other services running beside the o2 Music package that are maybe not cancelled?

I don't know where the wallet is but I checked subscriptions and downloads. I see 3 active subscriptions which is mind blowing.

I neither subscribed nor used it at all.

That's really an wonderful action. I will not be even aware of these sneaky subscriptions unless you guys enquiry and lead. Thank you.

 

What about refunding the money applied in my invoices. It is unfortunate and disappointing to see I lost 400 euros of my money. That's a lot for me even though I am holding decent contract with o2 since long time. Please trust me and even you can check audit or user logs if you have and I am sure I did not use it single time since subscription applied by o2.

I hope i will also get help in refunding!

I see new invoice on 13/7 also billed with high amount. Is these expected because we unsubscribe subscriptions just few days back?

Any updates on my case about refund?

Hi @kirankumarbs ,

 

I’ve requested the refund for the Unlimited Games and Gymondo-Flat, since you don’t seem to have received a sms after the activation.

I can’t, however, request a refund for the o2 Music Package, because the booking of the package has been confirmed via SMS and no withdrawal has been sent to us.

You can of course send in a written billing complaint, so our specialised department can check the details accordingly.
