Hello, 

   My customer number is xxxxxxx. I’ve seen in my Rechnungsnumber xxxxxxxxx that I’ve been charged 18,86 Euros in total for o2 Music which I never signed up or opted in. I could not find where to disable/cancel this in the website. Can you please cancel this service and refund me the amount?

I have sent a signed request with my address to customer service for cancelling this subscription and refund.
