I purchased the O2 mobile L boost Flex tariff, and waited almost 3 weeks for my new SIM card (which I still haven’t received). A customer care employee on 20 Dec then told me they’d send an Ersatz SIM card. I only received this on 28 Dec. I have still been charged 20 EUR for the Ersatz SIM separately! And have also been charged for my tariff since 20 Dec, when I had still not received any SIM card! So not only did I fail to receive any SIM card in time (effectively took 4 weeks since I purchased the tariff!), I have now also been charged extra for no fault of mine!
For you information, the ersatz SIM card was also only activated on 4 Jan.
I would love to know if and how I can get a refund pertaining to the ersatz SIM card and my tariff duration from 20-28 Dec.
