o2 mobile contract cancellation due to moving aboard

I submitted a cancellation request for my O2 contract on August 29, 2025, as I am permanently leaving Germany. On September 1, 2025, I received an email from you requesting additional documents, which I promptly submitted.

 

However, I have not yet received any confirmation regarding the processing of my cancellation or the contract end date. I kindly ask you to check the current status of my cancellation and provide me with a written confirmation.
