I am sorry to hear there are issues with your os Homebox. Were you already able to get in touch with our technical departement as schluej suggested? :-)
Unfortunately it is possible that we can not offer technical support via our english speaking hotline so you may be transfered to our regular hotline. In case you do not speak any german at all I recommend calling with a friend of yours who does.
