O2 home spot port forwarding

Hi, I need to configure port forwarding on my LTE router and I’ve read that with O2 home spot I need a public IP address to do that. Can somebody help me please?

Ok, it was in the wrong section, but I don’t think it’s that difficult to advise me and make me aware of it.
