O2 home S50 flex internet

Hi O2-Team,

 

I have unfortunately only 0,2 MBits internet speed, only just enough for chat. It was supposed to be 50 MBit/s. I have been suffering for 2 weeks now. Would you please fix this issue.

It's annoying when the internet is so slow.
Have you tried restarting your router? 
Is there a fault in your area? 
Was it working better two weeks ago?

Hey Solveig,

Yes obviously i restarted the router and phone. There is no fault in area. Before 2 weeks, since October 2025 was ok. Since 2 weeks (End of Nov week , KW 48) no longer working.

@Sasha23 If the restrictions are still in place, please report a fault to us via Live Check. Has anything changed in the meantime?

Have you been able to check Live Check to see if there are any known faults? If not, please report it there directly.
