Where exactly did you order your contract?
Normally the sim card arrives earlier or together with the mobile phone.
Did your sim card arrive in the meantime or should I take a look for you in our systems?

I will order a new sim two new sim cards for you and will lock the “old” ones. (Two sim cards because you have a connect tariff)
You can give me a feedback when the sim cards arrive and you activated it them successfully.
