O2 Grow


Hey, 

I have chose the O2 grow online offer and an iPhone 13 pro on a contract.

so im assuming that the o2 grow online is an offer for sim card behause today i got the phone but i didnt get any SIM card in the packet.

who should i contact about this

thank you for your private message. 

I will order a new sim two new sim cards for you and will lock the “old” ones. (Two sim cards because you have a connect tariff)

You can give me a feedback when the sim cards arrive and you activated it them successfully.

Where exactly did you order your contract?

Normally the sim card arrives earlier or together with the mobile phone. 

Did your sim card arrive in the meantime or should I take a look for you in our systems?

I ordered it through your website, I haven’t recieved it no, just the phone at the moment.
