Mine is flex without a contract which can be cancelled any month while this procedure for a person that have 2 years contract.

you can just use the normal online form for terminating your contract as it is a flex contract. Just beware that our bills are always applied retroactively, so you’ll still receive a final bill after the end of the contract itself.
