Hello!

I recently got a new Sim in April after coming to Germany. i got a 9.99 euro recharge with allnet flat calls and 3.5 gb data for a month. However, during may when i got another recharge, it was changed to chargeable calls and 12.5 gb data that exhausted my 15 euros ..so, i had to get another recharge for 15 euros and then get the same pack this Data loop L pack has exhausted my 15 euros once again this month. How can i deactivate it ??

It is making me waste a lot of money.
