O2 contract postpaid to prepaid

Hi O2,

I have a 02 post paid contract and a handy contract both separately. I want to change my 02 postpaid contract to a prepaid one with 02 and keep my handy contract running normally. Can I do that, though the contract for postpaid ends on October,2021. Can i please do it?

May I ask why you want to change to prepaid, and can we possibly change your mind?

    It's not possible to Change from o2 Postpaid contract to o2 Prepaid. You can cancel your contract to oct 2021.

    Do you have any template for that. I don’t have that number which is written on top of Contract.
