o2 charges me 0,99 dayflat even though I renovated prepaid plan

I have an active o2 prepaid S plan.

 

Today, the dayflat of 1,49 euros was discounted from my credit even when I had the automatic renovation of my plan activated yesterday.

 

I don’t understand why I was charged 1,49 for the dayflat rate instead of my plan being renovated. This dayflat charge was processed even while my S has been activated for a day. This shouldn’t happen. 

 

I would like to get my euro back in order for the plan to be renovated. What can I do?

I have also the same Problem. 1,49 Euro was charged when mein Prepaid Tarif runs as usual. It is really noisy!
