O2 app kann ich nicht anmelden

Can pls anyon help me here. I have installing the O2 app and i cannot log in. I always says:

When you forget password won’t even work. I wanted to change my installment plan make it shorter to atleast 6-9 mos or just one year because in the o2 website the options are only: 24 monate or 36monate. I wanna pay my dues shorter to 1yr or if 9mos will do. And I know I can only do that by the o2 app. BUT I CAN LOG IN.

even if it is called a “myHandy” contract you can register a hardware that you are paying in installments for, even if it is not a smartphone.

@o2_Sven since my o2 app is now functioning, The only item i have registered in my account is the iphone 14. How do I register the Sony PS5 on the same o2 account?

you can register additional hardware in your Mein o2 Account here: Registrierung als MyHandy Kunde

You will need the Vertragsnummer (contract number), that can be found on the invoice that you received by letter.
