Hi O2 team, 

I'd like to take my O2 prepaid number to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number 0176 **** 4822 for porting immediately? Is there any any link/document/email of a person I can contact regarding this matter?

I tried to call the hotline but it wasn't successful.

I combined all 3 messages to this threat. Please do not open several threads for the same topic. We are busy at the moment. Therefore, it takes some days until you receive a reply. 

 

I regret that you would like to terminate your prepaid-card. According to your wish, I have just released your prepaid-number for porting to another provider. 

 

You received a confirmation by SMS. Please contact now your new provider to order the porting of your prepaid-number. We will charge you with the fee of 6,82 €. Please make sure that you have this amount loaded on your old prepaid-card. 

 

If you still have a remaining amount after the porting, fill out this document: payback of remaining amount to your bank-account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account.

No, please send the form to o2 to the following address:

o2 Prepaid-Kundenbetreuung

90345 Nürnberg

 

We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account that you have written on the form.
