I’ve ordered online o2 prepaid plan, received and activated SIM card. But I’ve requested to transfer phone number from corporate tariff from Vodafone (indicated company name and contract number online).

In addition I’ve completed “Auftrag zur Rufnummernmitnahme einer vorhandenen Mobilfunknummer zu o2 Prepaid” and sent to o2-rufnummernmitnahme@telefonica.com address.

How to check the status of this request? Who can help? English speaking hotline doesn’t provide service for prepaid, I’ve tried German speaking service, but they don’t see my request.

There is no status; when the order is in progress you will receive an email and SMS. The same thing happens again when the change date is set.
