Hello @o2_Jessica ,

I’m trying to port my O2 prepaid number to another provider and couldn’t find an option in Mein O2 for that (as mentioned in this page).

  1. Choose: Tarif & Optionen -> Rufnummernmitnahme –> Rufnummer jetzt freigeben. On the next page, you will see the data that must be entered for the new provider**. The approval is confirmed by SMS and is valid for 30 days.

I don’t have an option named “Tarif & Optionen” in the Mein O2 app (maybe the app changed and UI is different). Can you please help me with this?

welcome to our o2 community 🙂

As of now the release of you prerpaid number is no more possible via the mein o2 App, but via our hotline 0176 88 85 52 82 or via or Prepaid Live-Chat.

For this you will need your 4 digit Persönliche Kennzahl which you will find in your Mein o2 via Meine Daten - Einstellungen - Profileinstellungen - and then choose Einsehen.

Then you will recieve a code via SMS and when you enter you are shown your 4 digit Persönliche Kennzahl. With it my colleagues in our hotline or our chat can release your phone number 🙂
