Number porting Request


Hello,

I would like to port my number XXXXXXXXXXXX to winsim and I would like to kindly request you to please release my number for this purpose or let me know how I can do so.

It's a pity that you want to leave us again. 

Have you already been able to release the phone number using the link that Vilureef provided you with? 

Once the number has been released, you can order a number porting via the new provider.

Hello,  

I had bought a new O2 SIM card on 20th May. I was told that I would receive a message from O2 on porting the number from Telekom the very next day. But I did not receive any message yet.

I have already got all the information from Telekom on terminating the prepaid contract. The opt-in date is also provided by Telekom as 19th June 2023 and termination date is mentioned as 15th June in Telekom letter.

I do not have a contract with them. It is a prepaid card. The next top up for the Telekom number is for 1st June. Will the number be already ported to O2 by then? or how do I get to know the status on porting?

Please help.

Then register the O₂ number for "My O₂“ and request number portability there.

I have already done that as well on 23rd May. Still no message on portability date from

O2. How do I get to know when the number is being ported?

The number that had to ported is now out of use from Telekom but it is not yet transferred to O2. How long does it take for the number to be activated by O2?
