Number porting from O2 to another provider

Hi,

I would like to port my O2 number to another provider. The request is already raised with the other provider. Can you please help me to approve the request as quick as possible and let me know what I need to do?

@Kim B Have you updated your o2 Service App to the latest version. Only where you find the option. And did you have Android or iOS?

@Kim B Have you activated the port (Rufnummermitnahme) in your o2 my Service Smartphone app?

Menü → Tarif & Optionen

Bin nur Kunde und versuche anderen nach bestem Gewissen zu helfen / I'm just a customer and try to help others as best I can

Hi Joe,

Thanks a lot for the info, however I don’t have the “Rufnummermitnahme” option in my o2 app. I have tried to call customer service but they disconnected my call.

@o2_Katja can someone help me asap please?
