Number porting from O2

Hi,

I would like to port my O2 number to another telco company. However, there is no clear instruction on the O2 website. May I know what should I do?

I was just about to enter the porting declaration for you, but I see that you have already been in contact with the customer service. Were they able to answer your questions or do you still need support from us?
