Number porting from O2

Hello,    

I would like to port my O2 number of a prepaid sim card to mobilcom debitel. I initiated the process but the port requested is getting rejected for my number. Could you please release my number for the port and let me know further procedure / formalities?

I set the number free so your new provider can go and get it. Credit for the fee is enough.
