Number Porting

Hello,

I’m trying to take my number from o2 to Vodafone, but I couldn’t find porting declaration form in Meine o2 web page. I have a prepaid sim card with no contract. Can you help me port my number please.

Hi!

 

You must use the Mein o2 App. In Mein o2 (Webpage) the option doesn`t exists.

 

Start the Mein o2 App and then tab Menü in the bottom rigth corner. Now select “Tarif & Optinen”. On the next page you will see “Rufnummernmitname”. On the next page you can release your phone number by taping the button on the bottom.(Rufnummer jetzt freigeben)

The release will be confimed by SMS and/or EMail. Now you can port your number to your new provider.
