 Hi,   

I am an O2 prepaid user. I would like to add my number to another network. I have already raised the request online but no response. I would like to get the number released early. Can you please release my number? My number is xxx

I set the prepaid number free so your new provider can go an get it. Please remember to put some balance to your card for paying the porting fee (6,65 EUR)

Yes please. The fee will be deducted from your prepaid card when you order the porting. :relaxed:
