Number portability from O2 to other network

Hi,

My plan is prepaid M and I would like to stop the Datenautomatik Loop but I could not deactivate it on My O2 web.
So I would like to transfer to another company with my same mobile number. Could you release the number for me?

Hello @Takak,

you can release your phone number by letter, fax, e-mail, in the chat and by telephone to take it to another provider. Unfortunately, this is not possible here via the community.

Written cancellation is not mandatory, the card will deactivate itself after a certain period of time. If you want to have the remaining balance refunded, please use this form: Prepaid - Guthabenauszahlung
