firstable we have to to set an “opt-in” to release the number (we can do that for you if you want). For the transfer we charge 24,95 EUR from your prepaid card, please make sure there is enough credit for the transfer. 
Then you have to contact your new provider to transfer/import your o2 number. If there any further questions feel free to ask us.

Do I need to unsubscribe from current pre paid plan before recharge the account(for now I don’t have EUR 24.95 in my prepaid card)?
Otherwise I will need to pay for this month subscription and EUR 24.95 for number portability.

Your plan will automatically end with the transfer of your phone number, there is no further monthly subscription. You just need to top up to 24,95 euro.
