number portability from another provider to o2

Hello

I would like to transfer my number to O2. I already ordered the portability from my previous network and I ordered a SIM card from O2 with the order and I activated it. The O2 sim card is still not with the new number, can you help?

did you ask for the number to be ported over when you ordered the contract?

If you haven’t done that yet, you can also start the process of moving your number over to your new contract within your mein o2. You can find more information concerning this here:
