Number consolidation

Hi,

Recently I was contacted by an 02 customer care agent and he explained me about the benefits of a new plan O2 Free Unlimited Smart Online (LTE/5G). I agreed to the new plan thinking the existing plan would be costly on the long run.

The issue at hand now is, I have a second sim that was issued for this new plan which is not really needed for me and am now being charged for both the connections.

Is it possible to change the new plan to the old connection without the need of a secondary connection.

Appreciate your feedback on this.

Regards

Rajeev

Hello @RKT667 ,

you have a . at the end of the address that doesn’t belong there, which causes things to fail. If you use widerruf@cc.o2online.de it will work.

Kind regards, Sven

Hi @RKT667,

I would recommend that you revoke the second contract as soon as possible.

You can do this by email: widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

Kind regards,
Alex

Hi Alex,

Quick question. Is that email ID provide valid? As I have been trying to send an email on the ID you mentioned but somehow is not recognized. Is there an alternate ID that I can mail to?

Thanks and Regards

Rajeev

That is the correct email address. What do you mean the ID is not recognized?

Hello @RKT667 ,

sometimes another pair of eyes to look at things really does help, it’s good to hear that things worked out now. If you do have further questions, please let us know.

Kind regards, Sven
