You are not receiving SMS at all? Sending SMS, calls and Internet work fine? Are you using more than one SIM card (multicard)? In that case you should check the settings for SMS in the App or meino2.

I am only using one SIM card. I’m also unable to make calls besides not being able to send or receive SMS-s.
Then maybe the activation wasn’t successful. Does the phone show a signal? When did you activate the SIM? There is system maintenance taking place today which may be the reason for the delay in activation.
I think the SIM card was activated yesterday. I am not sure because when I tried to activate it I received a message saying it has already been activated. (This is SIM2. I had to deactivate SIM1 because it was apparently ‘abgeschaltet’ according to https://sim-aktivieren.o2online.de.)
The phone shows a signal, yes. 5G is also working.

One Sim-card was deactivated on Septermber 17th and the other is active at the moment. It is the one with the numer xxx974, Can you please check the SIM-card number?

Hello Andrea,
Thanks for writing. I resolved the issue by changing SIM-cards. Yes, the one ending 974 is now working and I can now received SMS-es and make calls.
