Not receiving OTP


I bought a pixel 6 without a tarriff. When i hi to this website to get the free pixel buds, Iam not receiving an otp either on my email or on my phone.

Are you per chance using a Googlemail account for this process? There have been some issues with those in the recent past.

yes i am. But there is also an option to get otp over phone, but I am not getting that too. What should I do?
