Not Receiving any SMS or OTP

I have had my prepaid sim for about a month and have not been able to receive any OTP or send or receive SMS, hene couldn’t activate the sim or use the O2 app, please assist with this matter.

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

SMS and OTP can only be received with an activated SIM card, it can't work before that.

Have you followed the steps in this FAQ for the activation of your prepaid card?
