Hi, I am from USA. I bought O2 prepaid SIM card from a German grocery store yesterday. I was able to verify everything, and O2 should’ve been activated. However, I have not been receiving any SMS or calls on my German mobile number.
How do I receive SMS on my iPhone using O2???????
My phone model is iPhone 12 with eSIM from America.

Do I understand you correctly that you use an eSIM and an o2-prepaid-SIM as nano-SIM in your iPhone 12?
In this case, it is a matter of your settings. Please make sure that you receive SMS and calls on your nano-SIM.
