Non-europe roaming


Hi. I am a cabin crew and sometimes I fly airports between two countries or no European country and my phone connects to roaming zone 2. I have O2 Unlimited Smart, is it possible to restrict connections to roaming zone 1 only? Thanks

As Bumer wrote, certain roaming zones cannot be restricted, just roaming generally. And as Bumer wrote: Are there any costs associated with data roaming?

Which tariff do you use?

Thanks for your answer. I think I could have roaming consumption from Turkey, but I can´t see the costs because in “Mein o2” appears “us technischen Gründen können Ihre Daten derzeit nicht vollständig geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut” since I signed up the contract. I have O2 Mobile Unlimited Smart Online tariff.

Hello @adrifg13 ,

we also only see any possible fees once the bill itself has been generated.
Do you get the error messge both when you use the mein o2 App and when you log in through a browser? Also are you using an emailaddress as your login or do you use your phone number for it?

I see the error when I log in on the browser with my phone number.

@adrifg13 Have you tried a different browser or erased history and cache of your current browser and tried again?

Yes, I tried in two different computers and in Chrome and Safari browsers.

so it's the consumption view that you can't see in either the app or the browser, right? Have you uninstalled the app or cleared the cache in both browsers? If that doesn't help, I'll report the bug.

You have currently used 1,501 of 47,821 MB in world zone 1.

Yes, I tried to uninstall and to erase the cache memory. If you can report the bug I will appreciate it. Thanks
