No option available on my o2 website or app for porting a number to another service provider for prepaid customers

Hello I have a prepaid O2 sim(176745XXXXX) since 2022. I would like to port this number to winsim.After doing all necessary process winsim has suggested to get the number release from O2. I have tried all possible options (website/app/ calling) but i am not able to get in touch with someone to release my Number. Can someone please assist. its a bit urgent.

Log in to the customer portal with your phone number and then use the chat. He enters the opt-in.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You should be able to release the number through your mein o2, but if you are having an issue with that, then contacting the chat or hotline is the correct way. I hope that someone has already been able to help you with this. We’d be happy to hear from you again concerning this.
