no information on order


hallo , i have ordered a O2 S for my home day before yesterday and i don't have any Info regarding the shipment, does it take so long to deliver??

Are you still missing the simcard and if ordered the router to go along with that or did you also not receive any contract documents or order confirmations so far?

yeah , i have recieved the contract papers and the order number but to say ,there is no any further info like the shipment..etc..how many days it will take to deliver, as it is very urgent for me

since some days have passed, how does it look like now? Did you already recieve more information or deliveries? Did you order a router with the contract?

I have received a pre paid sim karte, but i don't know about the router that i ordered no info regarding that.

So i have a question, does the O2 home S needed a sim karte ? And how do I know about the further info regarding the router? I have ordered the router with the contract, i have recieved some papers after i place an order.

Hello @Andrewannajenner ,

that depends on what kind of my Home S you ordered. There are both variants that run via landline or coax cable as well as a contract that uses LTE/mobile data to establish the internet connection. The LTE variant uses a simcard as you might have guessed.

Ya, i have ordered LTE/5G along with o2 Homespot 2 LTE  . I have recieved  sim Card but not the Router, without Router i cant activate the Card right?

. In total i have got 3 emails; 

One - Gesetzliche Pflichtinformationen

2nd- a pdf of Electrogesetz and 

3rd - pdf of AGB , wiederruf ,Datenschutz with Auftrag bestätigung .

And i Said about These documents as contract before.   I guess the one you meant aren't these!

I can’t see an order for a HomeSpot 2. I think there was an error n the order process of the HomeSpot 2 order. This here you can see in your order confirmation.

It may be that this error message relate to the order of the Router. When you stll don’t have a Router, then I can send you the HomeSpot 2 for 5,99€ per month and the single payments of 9,99€ for the shipment and 49,99€ service fee. Should I do this order for you?

no,but thanku for helping me . I just wanted to cancel the online contract and i just wanted to make it offline,like direkt from the shop. could u do that for me? i have contacted one of the O2 shop near me ,in Konstanz. They said once i recieve the Mail of Online Cancellation i can make a new contract direkt with the shop.

Hi @Andrewannajenner ,

If you’d like to withdraw from the initial contract i advise you to take a look at the “Widerruf”-document you’ve recieved with your 3rd e-mail. There you will find all necessary information for a contract withdrawal.
