no data for prepaid 999gb after activiation

After activating my 999gb SIM card I have no data!!

I get an email for a Day surfing for $0.99 for 30mb and that’s all that works in fast speed. I get 30mb of data and then it goes to 0 mb/s for the next 24hrs until I am charged the $0.99 Day surfing and then I get 30mb again.

pleae help

    @Packers How you get the o2 prepaid Max 5G? Buy at a o2 shop or ordered online over the o2 website?
