Dear O2 Team,
I ordered an Iphone 12 Pro in last week of February and also paid the one time 1 Euro for the offer. However, after the payment I just received a payment confirmation and never received any other update from O2. Could you please help me with this? I also checked the spam folder but I have no emails from O2.
Its already been weeks and I cant wait more. I would like to cancel this order if its not being processed. Please help.
