Hello,

I tried to activate my prepaid SIM card and the verification failed 3 times. I urgently need access to the card to be activated.

Can you help?

How did you try this? How was the identity verification done? By video or by Postident?

The verification was done by video from the phone application.

Yes, about 2 hours ago. I verified my data via Passport

thank you for contacting us with your request. As a rule, activation should work automatically after successful verification. What is the current situation? Has the SIM card already been activated? Is everything working as it should?
