Hello all,

I have ordered iphone 11 pro Max, I thought that I would only receive the mobile phone and replace my old contract and Tariff.

 

I now have my actualTelefonnummer and I also received a new simcard with my new Mobile.

My questions now :

  1. How will I pay starting from this month ?
  2. would I be paying for two telefon numbers , the one I already have from before and the new one ? Will I pay for two contracts then ? if Yes, how could I cancel this please , because I thought that when I order a new mobile with a new Tariff , then it will automatic replace my old contract and Tariff .
  3. I would also like to keep my actual phone number which is ************.

Hi @Ancie ,

actually we have here an order of the Mobilephone and a new tariff.
So you got your existing phone number and a new one that belongs to the new SIM card wich you get. If you want to keep both tariffs, you pay 52,98€ for them. Plus the monthly fee for the device, which is 52€.
You can submit the revoke for the new tariff via e-mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de
