Hi everyone, thanks for this information. O2 greatly disappoints in this.

for Truphone, can someone tell me briefly the setup process?

Just get a Truphone account and associate it in Family Configuration setup using my O2/iPhone and my daughter Watch SE? Is it that simple?

@ö2 this seems ridiculous not to offer as part of your Kinder Starter package.

    Nice that you have now our tariff “o2 Free Starter Flex”. 

     

    I did not yet understand what you like to do with your tariff. Can you please explain it more in detail?

     

    You have already all your contracts under one customer-account. You can see this in your invoice.

    Aktuell gilt für Deutschland:

    nur Telekom und Truphone bieten das an, siehe auch direkt bei Apple

      Hello @SCBooth,

      it seems just like @Sächsin has mentioned here, that the family configuration is only supported by Telekom in Germany.

      Family Config is not supported.  Got it.
      Seems O2 is listed on the apple site but misleading.
