new contract

Hello,


you have made me an offer this week for the a new contract for my phone and it was added a multi card for 4,99 which I didn’t ask for and it was mentioned on this first phone call.

I called you again 2 days ago and the agent told me that they would send me a new contract without a multicard yesterday or I could accept and he would delete the multicard afterwards. I told them to proceed with sending me the new contract without the multicard but didn’t receive anything and the offer was expiring so I accepted the first offer.
 

Could we delete the multicard from my contract now?

Hello ​@Starlight52 ,It's nice that you get in touch here. I would be happy to take a look for you and deactivate the additional multicard. Before doing so, I would like to know which card you are using so that I can deactivate the correct one that is not being used. Can you please tell us the last four digits of the SIM card you are currently using?
