Need to port my O2 number to other service provider

Do you use the o2 app? You can use it to authorise the number porting for 30 days. Then simply enter your details with the new provider and the rest will happen in the background.

Thanks@MXP_Alex, I tried but cant find any option in my O2 apps, they are diverting me to the community or phone call or chat, I already filled the form of porting request to other operator but can’t find any email address to send.
