Zur Antwort springenHi
you´ll need the “öffentlich-dynamische IPv4-Adresse” (open dynamic IPv4-Adress) in order to configure the ports, that is correct.
We can activate this service for a one-time fee of 49,99 €. Please let us know, if you’d like us to activate this service for your tariff.
Best regards,
Kurt
Hi
yes please, I’d like to have that enabled.
Thank you!
Hi
okay - the service is now activated
Please change the APN in the settings to manual and enter “netpublic” instead of “internet”.
After a restart, you should be good to go!
Best regards,
Kurt
Hi
it looks like everything works as expected
Thanks for support!
Hi, I bought a public IP-Adress, but port forwarding still doesn’t work.
I try to forward incoming requests to the public ip on port 3000 to the local pc with the ip 192.168.1.23 on port 3000. Do I miss something completely or is this the way it should work and the problem is rooted somewhere else?
Really would appreciate any help
Best regards!
Hi
the setup seems to be okay, if your router is still connected to this specific IP (xxx.23).
Is this still the IP or has it maybe changed?
Best regards,
Michi
Security options at your PC are checked (firewall)? Maybe the port is blocked local.
Local server/software is running and listening at 3000?
Depending to youre local server maybe a second port like 3001 or a port range is needed.
Requests from wan: does the wan client/server know youre actual external ip?
A shorter refresh rate could solve such issues when using dynDNS services.
edit: added external
