I confirm, that your tariff “o2 Free M” has the basic fee of 15,99 €.
The monthly data-snack was deactivated with a termination period of one month on 2nd September 2020. Therefore, you still see the charge for the monthly data-snack on your current invoice. On your next invoice, the data-snack will not appear again.
I hope you now understand your invoice better.
By the way, did you get in the meantime your personal identification code by letter?
