my tarif question

Hallo. I have a question about my internet tarif. Normally I have to pay 15,99€ for 10 GB a month. Last month or two months ago I added my data and last month I guess I change it again to 10 GB but I had an invoice that I have to pay the same amount like last month which is €22,40.

Could you please check it? My number is +49********213

thanks for waiting patiently. I now saw your reply at @o2_Support. Everything is fine now. 

 

I confirm, that your tariff “o2 Free M” has the basic fee of 15,99 €.

 

The monthly data-snack was deactivated with a termination period of one month on 2nd September 2020. Therefore, you still see the charge for the monthly data-snack on your current invoice. On your next invoice, the data-snack will not appear again. 

 

I hope you now understand your invoice better. 

 

By the way, did you get in the meantime your personal identification code by letter?
